Telangana: A record price was recorded in the land auction conducted by TGIIC. The government land located in Rayadurgam Knowledge City, Hyderabad was auctioned and an acre was sold for Rs. 177 crore. MSN Reality, which participated in the auction, bought 7.67 acres of land. It paid a total of Rs. 1,357.57 crore for this. It is known that earlier an acre in Kokapet was sold for Rs. 100 crore.
